We specialize in failure cause investigation & analysis of materials, structures, and/or components, ranging from daily to catastrophic claims. Our reports assess facts objectively and are used to understand cause and repair of damaged structures. We provide support for litigation and subrogation.

With decades of construction experience our experts provide our clients with the proper repair protocol and estimates for any claim or construction project. We provide the complete solution for insurance companies in helping their clients complete their repairs.
Construstion Defect
We provide our clients with a complete Construction Defect solution. We identify the defect cause, provide expert opinion, defect analysis, litigation support, repair protocols and estimates.
Our Process
Receive an assignment
When Vision receives an assignment, we get to work right away. We analyze the request and determine of this is an assignment that we can cover or not.
Once approved, it goes to our administration staff who sends our client an acceptance notification via email. The client will receive an email and phone call at each point of the assignment.
Notify the insured
We call the insured or their representative within 2 hours to inform them Vision Forensic Engineering has been engaged to perform an inspection and create a report.
Schedule the inspection
Vision will work diligently to schedule the inspection as soon as possible.
Work on the report
After inspection, the expert will call the client to give them a verbal report and then goes on to work on creating the written report. Once the draft report is created, it is submitted for peer review.
Stamp, report, and send!
Once peer review has been completed, the final draft is created, stamped, packaged, and sent to the client.
